New Zealand Orders
We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $99.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 working days from the date of payment and processing.

Australian Orders
Estimated delivery timeframe: within 14 business days following payment and processing.
For faster delivery, you may select an international courier option at checkout.

International Orders
Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout. Nude Kiwi reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Delivery Information
Please ensure all delivery details are entered accurately at the time of purchase. Include a valid contact phone number in case we need to reach you for additional information. Nude Kiwi does not accept responsibility for orders not delivered due to an incorrect address being provided.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We are happy to refund or replace any faulty or damaged goods. To arrange a return, please contact us at team@nudekiwi.co.nz within five (5) days of receiving your order.

Order Tracking & Responsibility
Once a tracking number has been issued, we recommend monitoring your delivery progress. Nude Kiwi is not responsible for tracking orders or for non-delivery unless notified by you in a timely manner.

Returns & Exchanges
We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Dislike of product fragrance or texture
  Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

Liability
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Nude Kiwi’s liability for your order will be limited to the total amount paid for the order or the product(s) in question.
